Job summary

Alter Domus in the United States seeks a senior operations leader to oversee debt capital markets processes and client deliverables. You will coordinate with trustees, manage team workload, and drive improvements across the unit.

The role emphasizes P&L ownership, workflow mastery, and mentoring staff while ensuring regulatory and reporting standards. Strong Excel and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics.
• 5+ years of experience within a business or finance-related capacity.
• Knowledge of loan operations, commercial mortgage lending, or loan securitization.
• Experience with CLO compliance and Waterfall modeling.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and training abilities.
• Excellent communication and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Expert in end-to-end business line process.
• Take full ownership of client deliverables, delegation of duties while ensuring team members are taking ownership.
• Ensure timeframes and deliverables agreed with Client and Trustee are met.
• Perform active relationship management and resolve issues with clients.
• Proactively expand client relationships and understand Alter Domus services.
• Coach, mentor, and support staff through assignments and development.
