Job summary

Alter Domus in Boston, MA is seeking a seasoned professional to lead and manage end-to-end business line processes within Debt Capital Markets. You will own client deliverables, supervise staff, and drive workflows with internal teams and Trustees to ensure timely, accurate outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics preferred.
• 5+ years of experience within a business or finance-related capacity.
• Solid Microsoft Excel experience.
• Knowledge or familiarity with Bloomberg, performance systems, and other loan research and analysis tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business line processes and communicate processes to internal and external parties.
• Provide strategic direction of business unit and initiatives; collaborate with Director and Managing Director.
• Take full ownership of client deliverables and delegate tasks while ensuring accountability.
• Ensure timeframes and deliverables agreed with Client and Trustee are met.
• Manage relationships with clients by addressing issues and seeking resolutions.
