A seasoned professional is needed to manage cash reconciliation, input and review trades, and oversee onboarding and training within our finance operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics preferred.
• 4+ years of professional experience within a business or finance-related capacity.
• Basic knowledge of loan operations, commercial mortgage lending, or loan securitization with product knowledge and/or customer service experience.
• Previous experience with CLO compliance and waterfall modeling.
• Experience in direct management and training of team members preferred.
• Ability to independently research and resolve problems.
• Responsive, friendly, professional, highly organized, and superb communication.
• Solid Microsoft Excel experience.
• Knowledge or familiarity with Bloomberg, performance systems, and other loan research and analysis tools a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to thrive within a high-volume data-entry environment with proficiency and accuracy.
• Demonstrated willingness to work within a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cash reconciliation is sent to the client.
• Review and approve daily reporting.
• Input and review trades in a timely fashion.
• Assist with new client onboarding.
• Coordinate with clients on daily deliverables and ensure the team is fully aware of all expectations.
• Assume responsibility for training and development of all C&SP staff.
• Own process improvement and final delivery of solutions.
• Take on the full invoice process from request to client delivery.
• Ensure timeframes and deliverables agreed with Client and Trustee are met.
• Demonstrate ability to prioritize, complete, and delegate tasks while providing high attention to detail and excellent customer service.
• Apply experience and understanding of market best practices when managing transactions and communicating with other parties.
• Oversee procedures and review processes of Analyst/Associate staff.
