Job summary

Alter Domus is seeking a seasoned leader to drive end-to-end client deliverables within the Debt Capital Markets space. You will oversee a team, manage P&L, and coordinate with directors to advance strategic initiatives while maintaining rigorous controls and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have CLO experience, strong Excel and Bloomberg skills, and a proven track record in training and mentoring staff in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred in finance, accounting, business or economics.
• Strong knowledge of loan operations, commercial mortgage lending, or loan securitization.
• Experience with CLO compliance and waterfall modeling is desirable.
• Direct management and training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction with Director/Managing Director and own client deliverables.
• Oversee P&L of the team and ensure efficient headcount use.
• Manage relationships with clients and trustees, ensuring timely delivery.
• Oversee client onboarding, invoicing, and workflow reviews for optimal execution.
• Champion Alter Domus brand and lead career development within the team.
