Job summary

Alter Domus is seeking a senior professional to act as escalation point for deal owners and to oversee multiple facets of loan agency operations in a global alternative investments environment.

You will review credit agreements, maintain deal data, coordinate funding, and ensure timely collection and disbursement of fees and payments, while mentoring others and driving process improvements across teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or economics or commensurate work experience.
• 5+ years of investment management operations experience or bank loan agency/syndication experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as escalation point for primary deal owners; coordinate with Loan Agency support staff to manage deal information and workflows.
• Review and negotiate administrative provisions within Credit Agreements.
• Oversee updating of the Agency system to reflect attributes of each credit agreement and related governing documents.
• Oversee calculation, invoicing and disbursement of all deal-related fees; maintain a master list per client.
• Coordinate funds movement related to initial funding and closing; manage lender assignments and interactions with borrowers and lending group.
