Job summary

Alter Domus in Chicago, IL, a world leading provider of integrated solutions for the alternative investment industry, seeks a senior leader to guide client engagements and delivery across the Debt Capital Markets unit. You will own processes, mentor staff, and ensure timely, accurate results.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in finance, CLO compliance knowledge, and strong Excel/Bloomberg skills. This role offers hybrid work and the chance to influence key client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, business, or economics.
• 5+ years of experience in a business/finance role.
• Knowledge of CLO compliance and Waterfall modeling is preferred.
• Strong Excel and Bloomberg proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction with Directors and MDs to advance business initiatives.
• Take full ownership of client deliverables and ensure timely execution.
• Manage team workload,train staff, and drive process improvements.
• Oversee cash reconciliation, daily reporting, and pipeline for client engagements.
