Job summary

Alter Domus is seeking a senior professional to lead a debt capital markets team, directing client deliverables and driving process improvements. You will manage the team’s P&L and headcount while maintaining strong relationships with clients and trustees.

The role requires CLO and Waterfall modeling knowledge, plus extensive Excel experience and staff development skills. This on-site position offers paths for career advancement within a global finance services leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics preferred.
• 5+ years of experience within a business or finance-related capacity.
• Knowledge of CLO compliance and Waterfall modeling.
• Experience in direct management and training of team members preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client deliverables and delegate tasks to team members.
• Ensure timeframes and deliverables with clients and trustees are met.
• Manage P&L and headcount efficiency for the team.
• Lead workflow reviews and drive process improvements.
• Onboard new clients and take ownership of invoicing process.
• Coach, mentor, and develop staff to advance careers.
