Fauquier County Government is seeking a Classification and Compensation Analyst to join the Human Resources team. The role focuses on classification and compensation, market studies, job evaluation, salary benchmarking, pay scale design, and job description development.

You will perform analyses for County and School Division employees, conduct market reviews, and make recommendations for classifications and salary adjustments.

Experience in classification and compensation, market studies, and job evaluation.
Salary benchmarking, pay scale design, and job description development.
Ability to conduct desk audits and evaluate jobs for pay grades.
Prepare classification and compensation reports and salary surveys.

Responsibilities
