Job summary

Colorado Judicial Department seeks a Compensation and Classification Analyst to develop, implement, and research total compensation solutions. The role supports classification studies, policy interpretation, and coordination with HR leadership on compensation trends.

Responsibilities include monitoring compensation practices for compliance and providing written narratives of findings after consultations with managers and subject matter experts. Hybrid remote/in-person work is encouraged.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required and one year of HR/payroll or related experience.
  • OR high school diploma or equivalent with three years of HR office experience.

Responsibilities

  • Administer the total compensation program and monitor practices for compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Conduct classification and compensation studies and projects of moderate complexity.
  • Make recommendations using data modeling and analysis to the Total Compensation Manager.
