Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of compensation philosophies, salary structures, market pricing, and internal equity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with data analysis, formulas, and reporting.
• Ability to create clear, professional reports and presentations.
• Understanding of job classification, evaluation concepts, and data integrity.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze compensation data and assist with salary surveys and market pricing.
• Maintain job classifications, codes, families, exemption status, and HRIS data.
• Draft and update job descriptions for positions across the organization.
• Create and maintain Excel-based reports, charts, and dashboards.
• Present findings and recommendations to HR colleagues and managers.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of compensation information.
