Job summary

Workleap is seeking a Channel Account Manager to own Premier and Elite partner growth across North America. This is a sales-first role with a hunter mindset, collaborating with partner teams and internal resources to drive revenue.

You will build growth plans, run partner training, and expand migration and Protect adoption opportunities. Remote work is available with Montreal office access; occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in channel sales in North America
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quota
• Experience managing Premier or Elite partners
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Own Premier/Elite partner book and build growth plans
• Run partner training and leverage internal resources to accelerate deals
• Develop multi-level partner relationships (sales, technical, leadership)
• Forecast accurately and maintain pipeline to beat channel targets
• Identify larger migration opportunities and drive adoption of new programs
