Job summary
ShareGate is expanding its Channel Account Manager team to grow Premier and Elite partners across North America. You will own growth plans, co-create joint actions, and drive revenue with a hunter mindset and strategic relationships.
You will collaborate with sales, technical enablement, and marketing to accelerate partner deals, expand migration opportunities, and leverage AI in planning and forecasting. Remote with occasional travel within NA.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of channel sales experience in North America with a US exposure.
- Proven track record in managing Premier or Elite partners.
- Sales-first, hunter mindset with own pipeline.
- Strong communication and negotiation with executives.
- Solid IT channel ecosystem knowledge and partner programs.
Responsibilities
- Drive partner-led revenue growth by owning your number and forecasting.
- Own Premier/Elite partners with growth plans and metrics.
- Evolve partner relationships to strategic, multi-level connections.
- Run sales training and enablement with internal resources.
- Uncover larger migration opportunities and new revenue streams.
- Use AI daily for account research, planning, and forecasting.
