Rubrik is seeking a Channel Development Manager to build and manage relationships with regional and national channel partners across the Ohio Valley Region (MI, OH, KY). The role partners with Field Sales, SE, Channel Marketing, Field Marketing, Alliances and Sales Ops to drive revenue, enablement, and joint go-to-market initiatives.

You will drive partner programs, coordinate account mappings, and conduct partner trainings to accelerate deals and ensure strong collaboration with Rubrik account

Aufgaben

• Grow the channel business in the Ohio Valley Region through strategic partner planning, enablement, and driving sales acceleration and pipeline generation.
• Manage existing and growth of distribution and regional channel partners for better market and vertical coverage.
• Arrange account mappings and meetings with Rubrik staff to qualify target accounts and opportunities for Partner Initiated Deals and POCs.
• Deliver enablement sessions to train partner field sales/SE staff for self-sufficient partners.
