nVent is seeking a senior channel/account coordinator to serve as the primary contact for strategic customers and channel partners. The role supports account plans, pricing, quotations, and cross-functional coordination to improve responsiveness and profitability across the distribution channel.

The position requires strong relationship skills, experience in industrial markets, and willingness to travel 25-50% while working 100% from a home office in the USA.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• 7+ years in account management, channel sales, distribution management, or related commercial role.
• Experience in electrical/electronic/industrial markets preferred.
• Strong ability to build trusted relationships and influence outcomes across levels.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for the strategic customer and distributor inquiries.
• Develop relationships across the customer's organization to identify needs and improve responsiveness.
• Support account managers with pricing, quotations, and order status.
• Coordinate issue resolution across cross-functional teams ensuring timely follow-through.
• Support growth-oriented account plans, channel programs, promotions, and KPIs.
• Monitor orders, shipments, and program performance against objectives; take corrective actions.
