Job summary

Thomas Jefferson University seeks a Senior Change Realization Consultant to guide strategic initiatives from launch to sustained realization. You will lead change programs, design targeted interventions, and manage large-scale transitions using proven methodologies.

You will educate leaders on required skills and coach managers to reinforce realization, delivering data-driven recommendations to remove barriers and drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; experience with large-scale change initiatives preferred.
• Experience leading and supporting teams through major change programs.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies (CAP, Prosci, SEF, etc.).
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence across diverse groups.
• Ability to develop and manage project plans incorporating change management principles.

Responsibilities

• Execute change realization strategies aligned with organizational goals and governance.
• Assess impact of change, identify stakeholders, and address resistance and risk.
• Develop change realization timelines, including communication planning and execution.
• Track adoption of changes and adjust as needed for success.
• Collaborate with Jefferson Enterprise to deliver education and enable change.
• Provide coaching to leaders to build change leadership competencies.
• Monitor KPIs and conduct qualitative/quantitative analyses for initiatives.
• Model Change Agent behaviors and champion inclusion in change efforts.
