Job summary
Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia seeks a Sr. Talent and Performance Management Consultant to partner with executives and HR to shape enterprise talent and performance strategies, strengthen leadership pipelines, and drive data-driven talent decisions.
You will lead succession planning, design performance management frameworks, integrate talent practices across programs, and guide change management initiatives across the university.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 10+ years in Talent Management/Organizational Development in a large organization.
- Strong analytical thinker with ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
- Collaborative, self-driven, with ability to engage and motivate others.
- Experience leading projects end-to-end and driving organizational change.
Responsibilities
- Strengthen leadership pipeline through talent reviews and development strategies aligned to priorities.
- Lead succession planning with defined critical roles and strong pipelines.
- Provide strategic consultation to senior leaders regarding succession risks and leadership continuity.
- Drive design and continuous improvement of enterprise performance management frameworks (goals, feedback, calibration).
