Job summary

Thomas Jefferson University seeks an experienced events planner to manage educational and professional events across the campus. You will collaborate with leaders, faculty, and staff to identify workforce needs, design programs, and measure impact using data-driven insights.

The role requires coordinating multiple event portfolios, maintaining schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications to maximize engagement and outcomes for students and faculty.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of Event Planning experience.
• Strong research and data analysis mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct environmental scans and market research to identify workforce trends and new educational events.
• Analyze event participation, feedback, and attendance to improve engagement and ROI.
• Develop new event concepts, audience targeting, delivery formats, partnerships, and promotions.
• Collaborate with College leadership to translate workforce insights into programs.
• Create reports summarizing outcomes, ROI, and audience satisfaction.
• Lead improvements using qualitative and quantitative data on event content and delivery.
