Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 4 years of experience leading and supporting teams through large, complex change initiatives.
• Experience with change management methodologies like CAP, Prosci, SEF, etc.
• Strategic thinking and systems-level leadership.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence.
• Ability to influence and lead change across diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Execute change realization strategies aligned with mission and organizational goals, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and communication plans.
• Assess the impact of change, identify key stakeholders, and develop solutions to address resistance and risk.
• Apply frameworks, establish change realization timelines, including communication planning and execution.
• Track and measure adoption of changes and adjust as needed.
• Collaborate and improve the delivery and breadth of change across Jefferson Enterprise.
• Provide consultation and coaching with leaders and peers to develop critical change leadership competencies.
