Job summary

NFI Industries seeks a Manager of Organizational Change Management to lead change enablement for strategic initiatives, reporting to the Vice President, Talent Development. You will build foundational tools, support high-impact programs, and embed structured change practices across HR, Communications, and operations.

You will partner with leaders to drive adoption, alignment, and enduring outcomes, including workday-related efforts and enterprise system implementations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience supporting organizational or operational change initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field.
• Change Management Certification (Prosci preferred).
• Experience partnering with business leaders on complex initiatives.
• Exposure to system implementations or process transformation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic change support by assessing impact, readiness, and risk; develop practical change strategies; guide leadership through transition and cultural shifts; monitor adoption indicators and mitigation actions.
• Conduct stakeholder and leadership engagement by mapping landscapes, aligning sponsors, coaching leaders on communication and reinforcement, addressing resistance.
• Shape and execute communications strategy; develop targeted messaging, support leadership cascade, ensure feedback informs adjustments.
• Coordinate training and enablement; identify readiness gaps, plan role-based learning, partner with L&D, reinforce post-launch adoption.
• Develop capability development through lightweight tools/templates; integrate scalable practices into HR-led initiatives; raise awareness of change management discipline.
• Prioritize initial focus: support Workday implementation, HR program rollouts, and enterprise change best practices.
