Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3 years change management experience.
• Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willingness to travel to job sites as needed; certification preferred (Prosci/ADKAR or CCMP).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management plans for initiatives.
• Assess impacts on employees, departments, workflows, and operations.
• Document and standardize current and future workflows with SME.
• Translate leadership decisions into clear expectations for staff.
• Create training, job aids, and adoption materials.
• Monitor adoption progress and conduct post-implementation reviews.
• Support growth, restructurings, and acquisitions with transition plans.
