Job summary

NFI is seeking a Manager of Organizational Change Management to lead change enablement for strategic initiatives. This role works with HR, Communications, Operations, and leaders to ensure adoption and sustained outcomes.

Reporting to the VP of Talent Development, you will build foundational tools, support HR and system implementations, and integrate structured change practices across business efforts. Travel up to 15-20% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in organizational or operational change initiatives.
• Exposure to system implementations or process transformation preferred.
• Experience partnering with business leaders on complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with initiative leaders to assess change impact, readiness, and risk.
• Develop practical change strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Guide leadership through transition planning and cultural shifts.
• Monitor adoption indicators and recommend mitigation actions.
• Coordinate communications and enablement around HRIS implementations.
