• Proven track record leading complex initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent storytelling, presentation, and facilitation capabilities.
• Experience driving adoption, engagement, or behavioral change.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Comfort operating in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
• Strong creative problem-solving and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to develop change and adoption strategies.
