Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Enablement Manager to lead the people side of complex system changes. You will shape stakeholder strategy, communications, training, and readiness to ensure adoption across the organization.

Key responsibilities include develop/enforce enablement plans, manage communications cadences, design training curricula, and measure adoption effectiveness to sustain value beyond go-live.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in change management or organizational enablement for large-scale transformations.
• Experience owning communications and training for enterprise system rollouts.
• Experience with HRIS/ERP enablement and M&A integrations is valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end change enablement strategies across stakeholders.
• Own communications strategy, engagement plans, and leadership readiness.
• Design and deliver training programs with measurable adoption impact.
• Conduct impact assessments and translate results into action plans.
• Build readiness frameworks with clear go/no-go criteria.
• Collaborate with project teams to align change with timelines and goals.
