Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Manager, Organizational Change Management to establish and lead change enablement for strategic initiatives. You will partner with HR, Communications, Operations, and business leadership to drive adoption, alignment, and sustained outcomes.

Initial work includes building foundational tools and embedding structured change practices, with a focus on enterprise system implementations like Workday. Travel of up to 15-20% may be required to support initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience supporting organizational or operational change initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Change management certification (Prosci preferred) and experience partnering with leaders on complex initiatives.
• Exposure to system implementations or process transformation is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic change support for initiatives and measure adoption readiness and risk.
• Engage stakeholders and leadership, coaching on communication and reinforcement.
• Shape and execute communications strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Coordinate training and enablement, partnering with HRD resources as needed.
• Develop lightweight change tools, templates, and scalable practices.
• Support Workday implementation and other enterprise initiatives during priority periods.
