Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Change Management Specialist to support organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training development for business process modernization. The role includes conducting change impact assessments, developing adoption plans and readiness indicators, and facilitating workshops with client stakeholders in Washington, DC and Tyson's Corner, VA.

Qualifications

Must have 5 years of organizational change management experience.
Experience supporting modernization or transformation initiatives.
Strong facilitation and communication skills.
Experience developing training and stakeholder engagement materials.

Responsibilities

Support organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, training development, and adoption efforts.
Conduct change impact assessments for transformations.
Develop adoption plans, training materials, and readiness assessments.
Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and stakeholder meetings.
Measure adoption effectiveness and identify change risks.
