Job summary

Gritter Francona seeks a Change Management Specialist to plan, coordinate, and implement organizational change efforts for the VFMP Modernization Portfolio. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience supporting the VHA or other government agency.
• Knowledge of organizational change management principles and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies for VFMP modernization.
• Assess readiness and identify impacts of new technologies and processes.
• Create communication plans, user guides, and training materials.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, IPTs, and technical teams.
• Monitor stakeholder engagement and user adoption using KPIs.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation to minimize disruption.
• Support training activities for end users of new systems.
