Job summary

NFI Industries in Camden, NJ, seeks a Manager, Organizational Change Management (OCM) to establish and lead change enablement for strategic initiatives, including enterprise system implementations. The role partners with HR, Communications, Operations, and business leadership to translate initiatives into adoption and sustained outcomes.

Reporting to the Vice President, Talent Development, this position starts as an independent contributor building foundational tools, embedding structured change

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting organisational or operational change initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organisational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Change Management Certification (Prosci preferred).
• Experience partnering with business leaders on complex initiatives.
• Exposure to system implementations or process transformation is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with initiative leaders to assess change impact, readiness, and risk.
• Develop change strategies aligned with business objectives and guide transitions.
• Monitor adoption and align leadership sponsors through transition planning.
• Map stakeholder landscapes and coach leaders on communication.
• Shape narratives and develop messaging with leadership cascade planning.
• Identify readiness gaps and coordinate role-based training.
