Zusammenfassung

The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead at VideoRay is a key member of the DBT Transformation Office, guiding the people side of change across strategic and program levels to ensure adoption, reinforcement, and measurable business value.

This role partners with CIO leaders, program teams, and LM to embed structured OCM into major DBT programs, driving culture, operating model, and process improvements while delivering tangible business outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Change Management or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years leading organizational change, transformation, or large-scale technology/business change initiatives.
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation and complex program implementations.
• Strong knowledge of structured OCM methodologies (change impact, readiness, adoption planning).
• Experience developing and executing integrated change strategies across multiple initiatives.
• Ability to influence executives, leaders, and teams without direct authority.
• Strong facilitation, executive communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a DBT-wide change strategy aligned with the Transformation Office vision, roadmap, and backlog.
• Lead change across people, culture, policy, governance, tools, brand, and partnerships.
• Drive organizational effectiveness initiatives—engagement, collaboration, accountability, leadership effectiveness.
• Build leadership alignment and sponsorship for transformation priorities.
• Partner with Communications to advance the One DBT narrative and progress.
• Establish reusable OCM methods, standards, templates, tools, governance, and a change calendar.
• Assess stakeholder impacts and translate findings into actionable OCM plans.
• Develop integrated plans for communications, readiness, training coordination, resistance management, and adoption.
• Partner with Program Managers to integrate OCM activities into program plans.
• Work with Learning & Development to translate change impacts into training and resources.
• Define success criteria and establish methods to measure outcomes from initiation through post-launch adoption.
• Support go-live readiness and post-implementation stabilization to sustain adoption.
