Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to drive people-centric change within the DBT Transformation Office.

You will partner with CIO leaders to reshape culture, operating models, processes, and capabilities, embedding structured OCM into major programs to deliver measurable business value. You will build strategies, coordinate readiness, communications, and sponsorship across teams, ensuring adoption from initiation through post-launch stabilization and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Organizational Change Management, Organizational Development, Business, Communications, or HR
• 7+ years leading organisational change, transformation, or large-scale technology changes
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation and complex program implementations
• Knowledge of structured OCM methodologies, including change impact, readiness, and adoption planning
• Proven ability to influence executives and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a DBT-wide change strategy and framework
• Lead change across people, culture, governance, tools, and communications
• Drive organizational effectiveness initiatives, engagement, and leadership readiness
• Align leadership sponsorship and ownership for transformation priorities
• Advance DBT communications and reinforce change through adoption plans
• Establish reusable OCM methods, templates, and governance
• Assess impacts, readiness, resistance, adoption risks, and mitigation plans
• Coordinate training, readiness, and reinforcement strategies
• Integrate OCM activities with program plans and milestones
• Translate change impacts into training and knowledge resources
