Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in organizational change, development, business, or HR.
• 7+ years leading organizational change, transformation, or large-scale tech/business changes.
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation and complex programs.
• Knowledge of structured OCM methodologies: impact, readiness, adoption planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a DBT-wide change strategy aligned with the Transformation Office.
• Lead change across people, culture, governance, tools, brand, and partnerships.
• Drive engagement, leadership effectiveness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build sponsorship and alignment for priorities; prepare leaders for change.
• Collaborate with Communications on messaging and adoption milestones.
• Establish reusable OCM methods, templates, and governance.
• Assess impacts, readiness, resistance, and mitigation plans.
• Create integrated plans for communications, readiness, training, and reinforcement.
