Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. seeks an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to drive the people side of change across the Digital Business Transformation (DBT) program.

You will work with CIO leaders to shape culture, operating model, processes, and capabilities while embedding OCM into major DBT initiatives and measurable business value. You will partner with DBT leadership, program teams, and Learning & Development to ensure changes are understood, adopted, reinforced, and sustained, delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in OCM or related field
• 7+ years leading organizational change initiatives
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation and complex programs

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a DBT-wide change strategy and framework aligned with the Transformation Office
• Lead change efforts across people, culture, policy, governance, tools, brand, and partnerships
• Drive organizational effectiveness initiatives to improve engagement, collaboration, accountability, and leadership
• Build leadership alignment and sponsorship for transformation priorities
• Partner with Communications to articulate the One DBT narrative and progress
• Establish reusable OCM methods, templates, and a consolidated change calendar
• Assess impacts, readiness, resistance, adoption risks, and translate findings into plans
• Develop integrated communications, readiness, training, reinforcement, and adoption plans
• Coordinate with Program Managers to integrate OCM milestones and risks into program plans
• Translate change impacts into training and knowledge resources with LM Lead
• Define success criteria and measure outcomes from initiation to post-launch adoption
• Support go-live readiness and post-implementation stabilization
