Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Apply structured change management methodology with project teams.
• Lead planning, execution, and communication of change activities and risk mitigation.
• Design and deliver training materials in partnership with Learning & Development.
• Coordinate with HR, OD, and Strategic Planning to integrate change across the program.
• Develop metrics to measure change success and report progress to sponsors.
