Stone Transformation Inc is seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to help clients adopt new processes, technologies, and ways of working. You will partner with program leaders and stakeholders to design and deliver change strategies that prepare people for transformation and support lasting adoption.

Responsibilities include assessing readiness, developing strategies, creating communications, and coordinating training.

Formación

• 5+ years of change management or organizational development experience, including hands-on delivery.
• Prior external, client-facing management consulting experience is required.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformations affecting multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience developing and executing change strategies, impact assessments, stakeholder engagement plans, communications, and training materials.
• Strong writing, presentation, and facilitation skills; ability to tailor messages to audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Assess stakeholder needs, readiness, and barriers to adoption across groups.
• Develop and execute change strategies and plans aligned with program objectives.
• Create communications and leader tools to help people understand and act on the change.
• Identify learning needs and coordinate training materials.
• Engage sponsors and champions to gather feedback and address resistance.
• Work with program, business, and tech teams to integrate change activities into delivery.
• Track readiness and adoption, adjust plans based on feedback and data.
