Job summary

Stone Transformation Inc is seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to help clients adopt new processes, technologies, and ways of working. You will partner with program leaders and stakeholders to design and deliver change strategies that prepare people for transformation and support lasting adoption.

Responsibilities include assessing readiness, developing strategies, creating communications, and coordinating training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of change management or organizational development experience, including hands-on delivery.
• Prior external, client-facing management consulting experience is required.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformations affecting multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience developing and executing change strategies, impact assessments, stakeholder engagement plans, communications, and training materials.
• Strong writing, presentation, and facilitation skills; ability to tailor messages to audiences.

About the role

Stone Transformation is seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to help clients adopt new processes, technologies, and ways of working. You will partner with program leaders and business stakeholders to design and deliver practical change strategies that prepare people for transformation and support lasting adoption.

What you will do

• Assess stakeholder needs, change impacts, organizational readiness, and barriers to adoption across affected groups.
• Develop and execute change strategies and plans aligned with program objectives, milestones, and business outcomes.
• Create clear communications, stakeholder engagement activities, and leader and manager tools that help people understand and act on the change.
• Identify learning needs and develop or coordinate training materials, job aids, and learning delivery.
• Engage sponsors, managers, and change champions to build alignment, gather feedback, and address resistance.
• Work closely with program, business, and technology teams to integrate change activities into delivery.
• Track readiness and adoption, adjust plans using feedback and data, and establish reinforcement and transition activities.

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in change management or organizational development, including hands-on delivery of change initiatives.
• Prior external, client-facing management consulting experience is required, gained at a consulting firm.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformations affecting multiple stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing change strategies, impact assessments, stakeholder engagement plans, communications, and training materials.
• Strong writing, presentation, facilitation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
• Ability to manage change workstreams, coordinate across teams, and translate complex changes into practical actions.
• Experience assessing readiness and measuring adoption to identify and address gaps.
• Current residency in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Connecticut is required.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in life sciences or other regulated industries.
• Prosci certification or experience applying a structured change management methodology.
• Experience supporting technology implementations such as ServiceNow or Salesforce.
• Experience supporting organizational redesign, operating model changes, or process transformation.
• Experience from Big 4 Consulting companies or equivalent.

What success looks like

Stakeholders understand the change, managers can support their teams, and employees have the knowledge and tools to adopt it. Readiness and adoption measures demonstrate sustained changes in behavior and ways of working.

Compensation and benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000-$175,000, depending on role level, relevant experience, and qualifications.
