Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking an Organizational Change Manager to support a major business transformation initiative in Houston, onsite. This role will execute change strategies at the value stream level, aligned to the enterprise framework and reporting into a central change team.

You will develop change plans, create communications, and support leaders and teams through the transition to new ways of working.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, HR, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in change management, communications, or transformation support roles.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create executive-ready content.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with value stream global process owners, leads and program teams to develop and execute change plans aligned with the enterprise change strategy.
• Translate enterprise-level change frameworks into actionable plans for specific functions or value streams.
• Conduct change impact assessments and support business readiness activities.
• Draft and deliver clear, engaging communication content (e.g., emails, presentations, talking points, FAQs).
• Tailor messaging for different audiences within the value stream.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise messaging and communication standards.
• Build relationships with value stream leaders, SMEs, and other key stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and support to leaders on effectively communicating and reinforcing change.
• Facilitate feedback loops to surface risks, concerns, and adoption challenges.
• Support execution of training and enablement activities in partnership with program teams.
• Monitor adoption and engagement within the value stream and elevate risks as needed.
• Help identify and mitigate resistance through targeted interventions.
• Work closely with the central change team to ensure consistency with overall change approach, tools, and messaging.
• Collaborate with project managers and PMO to integrate change activities into delivery plans.
• Share insights and lessons learned across value streams.
