• Experience leading organizational change for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience delivering end-to-end change management with plans from kickoff to close.
• Change management certification from accredited institution (Prosci/ACMP/Kotter).
• Defined, tracked, and delivered OKRs/KPIs or measurable adoption outcomes.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and executive stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and evolving program needs.
• Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Collaborative and team-oriented with cross-functional partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
