Job summary

UST is seeking an experienced Change Management & Communications Consultant to support organizational transformation initiatives in the United States. The role emphasizes hands-on change management, stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, and communications development.

You will conduct impact assessments, perform stakeholder analysis, and create executive-friendly communications and materials to drive adoption and readiness across projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in Change Management or related roles.
• PROSCI or CCMP certification, or equivalent.
• Experience conducting Change Impact Assessments.
• Experience performing Stakeholder Analysis and Stakeholder Management.
• Experience developing clear, executive-friendly communications.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation-development skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Change Impact Assessments to identify stakeholder effects.
• Perform Stakeholder Analysis to identify groups and communication needs.
• Develop and execute change communication plans aligned with projects.
• Create clear, engaging communications and materials.
• Support stakeholder engagement throughout the change lifecycle.
• Translate complex information into understandable communications for leaders and users.
• Drive awareness, understanding, adoption, and readiness for changes.
• Manage multiple change activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain change-management plans and calendars.
• Track activities and ensure deliverables meet timelines.
