Job summary

WSP USA is seeking an Organizational Change Management Lead to drive people readiness, adoption, and sustainability across the US transformation portfolio. You will develop and execute integrated change strategies that enable employees and leaders to successfully adopt new processes, technologies, operating models, roles, and ways of working.

The role partners with Transformation Project Managers, cross-functional leaders, and global OCM resources to coordinate sponsor activation,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of organizational change management/transformation experience.
• Experience leading change for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology, ERP, finance, or M&A transformations.
• Strong stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, and readiness expertise.

Responsibilities

• Champion transformation lifecycle across initiatives with integrated change strategies.
• Assess current and future states for impacts on people, roles, processes, and systems.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for readiness and adoption.
• Own organizational readiness assessments and leadership readiness.
• Coordinate change activities across concurrent initiatives and report on cumulative impacts.
• Partner with Transformation Project Manager to align change with delivery plans.
• Provide guidance to sponsors and initiative leaders with a people-centered approach.
• Develop engagement strategies for stakeholders and sponsors.
