Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking an Organizational Change Manager for a Source to Pay transformation in Houston, onsite. The role focuses on executing change across multiple waves, collaborating with the global process owner, and driving adoption through strong communications and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities include leading S2P communications, supporting category management rollout, and leveraging AI tools to create materials with minimal guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Source-to-Pay, procurement or sourcing transformations (e.g., purchasing process changes, central procurement hubs, category management).
• Ability to quickly understand procurement concepts and terminology, and operate with minimal hand-holding.
• Organizational Change Management (OCM) execution across multiple waves or business units with communications, training, engagement and reinforcement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; translate complex S2P initiatives into clear narratives for leaders and end users.

Responsibilities

• Execute the S2P change approach across waves using existing plans and lessons learned.
• Partner with the S2P Global Process Owner to increase visibility around sourcing execution, supplier/contract optimization, and digital capabilities.
• Lead S2P-related communications across networks via SharePoint, PowerPoint, email, and town halls.
• Support category management rollout by designing messaging and ensuring cross-functional alignment.
• Leverage data and AI tools to analyze feedback and quickly generate or refine change materials.
• Monitor adoption and readiness for each wave; identify risks and deploy targeted interventions to improve engagement.
