Mindlance in Houston, TX is seeking a Change Manager to join a high-impact Transformation Management Office. The role focuses on defining change strategies, driving adoption, and translating program outcomes into measurable business value.

You will partner with program owners across the organization to develop change plans, lead adoption efforts, and influence senior stakeholders while contributing to enterprise change management standards.

Qualifications

6+ years leading organizational change for cross-functional initiatives.
End-to-end change management with comprehensive plans from kickoff to close.
Certified change management (Prosci/ACMP/Kotter).
Defined, tracked, and delivered OKRs/KPIs or other adoption outcomes.
Strong facilitation, communication, and executive stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Serve as strategic advisor to leadership to clarify outcomes and establish KPIs that drive adoption and value.
Assess stakeholder impacts, adoption risks, and organizational capacity.
Develop comprehensive change and adoption plans tailored to each program.
Lead execution of change interventions in partnership with program teams.
Identify gaps in delivery clarity and drive structured planning with stakeholders.
Collaborate with TMO team members to support value realization efforts.
