• Strong understanding of project management approaches and lifecycle integration.
• Proven change management delivery track record.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead end-to-end change strategies for complex, cross-organizational transformations.
• Design and deliver business performance engagements to strengthen decision-making and accountability.
• Integrate change activities with program milestones and PMO routines.
• Assess readiness, gather feedback, and adjust plans as needed.
• Define measurable outcomes and track adoption, sustainment, and value realization.
• Coach leaders and teams to act as sponsors and role models.
