Job summary

Daikin Comfort Technologies North America is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to join as Manager of OCM to strategize, drive, and manage transformational changes. This role focuses on planning, execution, and implementation of organizational changes with collaboration across stakeholders to minimize resistance and maximize adoption of new initiatives and systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in organizational change management, ideally in a corporate environment or consulting firm.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, best practices, and how people go through a change.
• Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal project members as well as external consultants.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop Change Management Plans: Support the Director of OCM in creating and executing comprehensive change management strategies and detailed project plans.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Identify and engage key stakeholders, develop and implement communication plans, and conduct regular updates and feedback sessions.
• Monitor and Evaluate Change Progress: Track progress against milestones, collect and analyze stakeholder feedback, and adjust change plans as needed.
• Monitor Change Impacts and Adoption: Conduct impact assessments, develop mitigation strategies, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and support employees in adopting new processes and technologies.
• Collaboration with Program Teams: Coordinate with project managers, product owners, and CRM analysts to integrate change management activities and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate change initiatives, track the ADKAR journey, create feedback loops for improvement, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Accountable for implementation of policies, processes, and procedures to drive results
• Drive and manage transformational change at all levels of the organization
• Perform other duties as assigned
