RT Specialty seeks an Organizational Change Management Director to lead adoption for large-scale employee productivity initiatives. You will shape capabilities, identify necessary education, and partner to execute communications to drive adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Change Management or related field with 12-15 years of related experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Serious attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven facilitation and change-management skills with adaptive communication.

Responsabilités

• Strategize and ideate campaigns to excite and motivate employees.
• Drive structured change management activities and readiness assessments.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify change scope and affected users.
• Develop audience analysis and change impact assessments.
• Draft and coordinate change management plans and schedules.
• Coordinate communications and training aligned with changes.
• Support knowledge base creation and end-user documentation.
• Measure adoption, utilization, and user satisfaction; provide sustainment recommendations.
