Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Transformation and Change Management Lead to guide enterprise-level acquisition transformation within the Fighters and Advanced Aircraft Directorate at Wright-Patterson AFB.

You will apply formal change-management methods to advise senior leadership on organizational design, culture evolution, and barrier removal to accelerate adoption of agile portfolio management across a high-visibility environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading organizational change and transformation initiatives in DoD or Federal agencies.
• Experience developing enterprise-level communication plans and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Proficiency applying formal change-management frameworks and organizational development principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and change initiatives across DoD/Federal environments, developing training and adoption strategies.
• Develop and execute a strategic communication plan for internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent the directorate in acquisition transformation activities across DoD/OSW governance structures.
