Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Finance Transformation Strategic Change Manager to drive people and culture aspects of a large internal program, enabling a human-led, AI-powered finance ecosystem and other strategic initiatives.

The role requires 7+ years in change management, collaboration across leadership, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Travel is limited; remote work possible when not co-locating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness, or Communications
• 7+ years of change management/ communications experience in strategic transformations
• Ability to design and execute change strategies in complex matrixed orgs
• Limited travel ~10-20%, remote work possible when not co-locating
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage change management strategies for the large-scale program to accelerate ROI and reduce adoption risk
• Perform stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments for data-driven strategies
• Build leadership alignment plans to drive executive buy-in and sponsor engagement
• Develop and deliver communications and engagement activities with SMEs and leadership
• Measure effectiveness of interventions and optimize adoption outcomes
• Regularly report status to program leadership and elevate risks/issues
