Deloitte's Finance Transformation group is seeking a Strategic Change Manager to lead the people and culture aspects of a major internal program, enabling a human-led, AI-powered finance ecosystem.

You will design change strategies, conduct stakeholder analyses, and develop leadership alignment, while delivering engaging communications and monitoring adoption outcomes. Travel is limited, and remote work is possible as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness, or Communications.
• 7+ years of experience in change management or communications for strategic transformations.
• Experience designing and executing change strategies in complex matrix organizations.
• Willingness to travel 10-20% and work remotely when not co-located.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and manage fit-for-purpose change management strategies for large-scale programs.
• Perform stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments to guide data-driven strategies.
• Build and manage leadership alignment to drive executive sponsor engagement.
• Develop and deliver creative communications and engagement activities with stakeholders.
• Measure effectiveness of change interventions and optimize adoption outcomes.
• Regularly report status to program leadership and escalate risks.
