Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Strategic Change Manager in its Finance Transformation group to lead the people and culture aspects of a large internal program. You will design and lead change strategies that engage, inspire, and motivate teams through cultural and behavioral shifts enabled by a human-led, AI-powered finance ecosystem.

The role requires strong change management skills, leadership alignment, and the ability to work across senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of change management and/or communications experience.
• Experience designing and executing change strategies in complex organizations.
• Limited travel 10–20% with remote work option.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute fit-for-purpose change management strategies for large-scale programs and Finance Transformation initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments to drive data-driven strategies.
• Develop leadership alignment plans to gain executive buy-in.
• Create and deliver communications to drive understanding and adoption of changes.
• Measure intervention effectiveness and adjust plans to optimize adoption.
• Report activity status to program leadership and escalate risks as needed.
