Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a Strategic Change Manager in its Finance Transformation team to drive the people and culture aspects of a major internal program, enabling a human-led, AI-powered finance ecosystem. You will lead change strategies designed to engage and motivate stakeholders across Finance and business leadership.

The role involves designing implementation plans, conducting impact assessments, and partnering with leaders to accelerate ROI while minimizing adoption risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness or Communications.
• 7+ years of experience in change management and/or communications related to strategic transformations.
• Experience designing and executing change management strategies in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Limited travel (10-20%) and remote-work ability when not co-locating with team or client stakeholders.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage execution of fit-for-purpose change management strategies and plans for large-scale programs.
• Perform stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments to drive data-driven strategies.
• Build and manage leadership alignment plans to drive sponsor engagement.
• Develop and deliver communications and engagement activities with SMEs and leadership.
• Measure effectiveness of interventions using defined metrics and evolve plans accordingly.
• Regularly report activity status to program leadership and escalate risks and issues.
