Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a Finance Transformation Strategic Change Manager to lead people and culture within the firm’s flagship internal program. The role focuses on designing change strategies that accelerate ROI and minimize adoption risk, engaging leadership and stakeholders across Finance and business lines.

You will develop communications, measure impact, and report progress to program leadership while navigating a fast-paced, global environment with limited travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness, or Communications.
• 7+ years of change management or communications experience in transformations.
• Experience designing and executing change strategies in complex, matrixed organizations; travel 10–20%.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage change management strategies and plans for the program.
• Perform stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments to data-drive strategies.
• Build leadership alignment and sponsor engagement across Finance and leadership.
• Develop and deliver communications and engagement activities with SMEs and leadership.
• Measure effectiveness with defined metrics and evolve plans to optimize adoption.
• Regularly report status to leadership and escalate risks and issues.
