Deloitte's Finance Transformation group invites you to join as a Strategic Change Manager to lead the people and culture aspects of a major internal program. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness, or Communications required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in change management and/or communications related to strategic transformations.
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute change management strategies in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Limited travel required (approximately 10-20%), with the ability to work remotely when not co-locating with team or client stakeholders.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage execution of fit-for-purpose change management strategies for large-scale programs.
• Perform stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments to develop data-driven change strategies.
• Build and manage leadership alignment plans to drive sponsor engagement.
• Develop and deliver communications and engagement activities with leadership to drive adoption.
• Measure effectiveness of change interventions and evolve plans to optimize adoption outcomes.
• Regularly report activity status to program leadership and escalate risks and issues.
